At Amazon, we offer a great solution but it’s important that you work to their strictly regulated practices. When it comes to Amazon Warehouse Delivery, make sure you choose Power Forwarding.
All of our Amazon deliveries need to be scheduled and warehouses must be able to easily identify the delivery. This is the easiest way for you to make sure that your cartons and packages are labelled so Amazon know exactly what’s due to arrive is to ask your supplier to help when the goods are packed. Once Amazon provides you with their labels you can send these to your supplier to add to the cartons. If you’d rather that your supplier didn’t label the cartons for whatever reason, then we can arrange to do it in the UK.
Should your supplier be shipping your products as loose cartons, don’t worry, our warehouse team will unload them from the shipping container and palletise them to Amazon’s requirements. Should your supplier palletised your shipment at their factory they must be palletised to Amazon’s standards. This means that loading onto 100x120cm pallets, heat-treated to ISPM 15 standard and be no taller than 170cm in height or heavier than 1000kg, this includes the height/weight of the pallet. If your supplier ships your goods on a pallet then they must meet to shrink wrapping the pallet in clear wrap, as blank shrink-wrap may be rejected by Amazon. All pallets must contain like items when quantities allow, all pallets of mixed but similar products must be labelled as ‘mixed merchandise’ or ‘mixed SKUs’ on all four sides of the pallet.
Once we’re satisfied that the goods are palletised to Amazon’s standards and ready to go, we will book the delivery indirectly with the Amazon warehouse, so you don’t need to worry about it. Once Amazon have allocated a delivery slot, we’ll let you know when your shipment will be delivered.
Once the goods have been delivered to Amazon UK, they’ll show on your Amazon Dashboard online and then you’re good to go. When you choose Power Forwarding we’ll help you to save time, money and hassle.
